A
Budget Workshop Meeting of the Dundee Township Board was held Tuesday February
10, 2026. Clerk Ziesmer called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present were: Trustees:
Horkey, Jaworski, Miles, Lazette, Clerk Ziesmer and Treasurer Ost. Clerk
Ziesmer did roll call.
Due to the absence of a Supervisor, Clerk Ziesmer
moved to appoint Trustee Alana Horkey to chair the meeting. Trustee Lazette
seconded. Motion carried.

preliminary budget
- Salary reviews
- Equipment
purchases
- Fire Department
training requirements and equipment updates
- Township Hall
building maintenance (Treasurer’s Office flooring)
- Library
building maintenance (interior painting, flooring care, and cleaning
schedule)

Commission, ZBA, and other board/commission appointments and
reappointments
- Custodial
service agreements for Township Hall and Library
- Cemetery
maintenance, lawn mowing, brush hogging, and tree removal
- Snow removal
contracts for Township Hall and Fire Hall
- Insurance
coverage review
- Employee
compensation, pension percentages, and paid holiday policy
- Policy and
procedure manual review and updates
- Road
maintenance and repair projects with the Monroe County Road Commission
- Budget

Trustee Jaworski motioned to
adjourn at 6:32 p.m. Trustee Lazette seconded. Motion carried.
The next Budget Workshop will
be Tuesday February 24, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.
