The Dundee Township Building Inspector provides services to residents and businesses that include inspections on new construction and renovations within the township limits.  All inspections are performed under the authority and regulations of the State of Michigan Building Code.  All building permits must be in compliance with the Township Ordinances.

Prior to the start of any construction or renovation, a permit must be applied for and issued. The application must be dropped off at the Township Hall along with any other paperwork necessary to assign a permit.  If possible please forward completed permits to be reviewed in advance so that permits may be issued in a timely manner.  If there are any questions please feel free to email Dennis Kolar, Building Inspector at dundeetownshipbuildinginspector@yahoo.com or  call 419-467-2325 for more information.
