The library system has initiated the use of fax machines in all library branches at no cost to the residents. This is a huge asset to the community however; has created a detrimental effect to the single phone line to the building. The township receives reimbursement through USF/e-rate funding for the single phone line originally used and will also receive the same reimbursement with the addition of a second line. The additional cost for the township to install a second line to the library building will be $99.00. Motion by Supervisor Uhl and supported by Trustee Lazette to approve the installation of an additional phone line to the Dundee Library branch at a cost of $30.99 per month with a $99.00 initial installation fee. Motion carried.
