Dundee Township Planning Commission
Regular Meeting Minutes
February 18, 2009
Vice-Chairman Ed Proctor brought the regular meeting for the month of February to order at 7:00 p.m. Roll call was taken these members were present: Jeanette Brockman, Chuck Ruehs and Liaison Gary Lazette, George Horkey, Building Inspector Bob Madaski and Secretary David Sedlar. Chairman Art Bronson was an unexcused absence.
The minutes for the Regular meeting for January were unanimously accepted after Ms. Brockman supported Mr. Sedlar's motion to do so.
The agenda for the February 18, 2009, meeting was reviewed by everyone. Mr. Ruehs made a motion to accept it as printed, Mr. Sedlar seconded his motion and all were in favor.
There was no public present.
Communications - Mr. Sedlar inquired about the Townships legal matter involving Mr. Oberly. Liaison Lazette said that the Township was in negotiations with Mr. Oberly to try and settle the matter out of court and that he couldn't discuss the specifics because they went over them in closed session.
Scheduled Business
A. Building Permits - There were building permits #0900001 & #0900002 to review.
With no further business to discuss Mr. Lazette made a motion to adjourn, Mr. Sedlar seconded this motion, it was unanimously accepted. Meeting adjourned at 7:07 p.m.
