OFFICIAL REPORTSSupervisor Uhl
The township requested bidding information for the fall stoning of roads from the road commission. There response was that the bidding procedure will take a minimum of three weeks which will likely push any stoning projects to the spring season due to the upcoming winter weather. However; if the township were to allow the road commission to do the work it could be completed before inclement weather began. Board members will submit road suggestions for bidding of projects that can be scheduled for the early spring season. Roads that need immediate attention will be given to the road commission for fall completion. Raisinville Township has processed road projects through the bidding process with favorable results.
Building Department
The village was contacted to see if they issue "going out of business sales" permits. According to the building inspector these are not mandated by the village.
Trustee Larson
The cemetery sexton will be contacted regarding the date for the pouring of cemetery foundations.
Trustee Lazette
Cost comparison of brining versus the use of a more liquefied version of the recently used P.M.S. product for use of dust control in the summer is being compiled. Board members met with road commissioners and road commission employees on Alford Road to evaluate the maintenance performed on road. At the recent River Raisin Watershed meeting members were presented with a four year study focusing on algae in the river from the affects of nitrogen.
Trustee Winkelman

The rescue truck received new tires last week and the brush truck will be getting installed this week. Contractors have been submitting information to the fire chief for the building of the fire hall.
Treasurer Sontag
Winter tax bills will be sent out beginning the week of November 25, 2009.
Clerk O'Lone
Training for the township early notification system has been completed. A test call to the residents will occur within the next day or two.
NEW BUSINESS
The village has some delinquent water bills for township residents that utilize the village water system through a township water district. The franchise water agreement between the village and the township that was signed in 2000 stipulates that the township will assist the village in collection of any delinquent water fees. Since these residents do not pay a village tax the only other alternative is to add the fees to the township winter tax bill. Motion by Clerk O'Lone and supported by Supervisor Uhl to approve Resolution 2009-5 Authorization to Apply Delinquent Village water charges to the Dundee Township Winter Tax Bills. Roll call vote as follows: Trustee Larson yea, Trustee Winkelman yea, Trustee Lazette yea, Treasurer Sontag yea, Clerk O'Lone yea and Supervisor Uhl yea. Motion carried.
Motion by Trustee Lazette and supported by Trustee Winkelman to pay the bills in the amount of $8,446.57. Motion carried.
Motion by Trustee Winkelman and supported by Trustee Lazette to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried. Time of adjournment was 8:55 p.m.
Respectfully Submitted,
Tira J. O'Lone
Township Clerk
