Dundee Township Planning Commission
Regular Meeting - Minutes
May 21, 2008
Chairman Art Bronson called the regular meeting for May 21, 2008 to order at 7:00 p.m. After the Pledge of Allegiance was recited the roll call was taken these members were present: Ed Proctor, David Sedlar, Jeanette Brockman, Chuck Ruehs, George Horkey, Gary Lazette and Bob Madaski.
The minutes to the regular meeting for the month of April were unanimously accepted after Mr. Proctor moved with support from Mr. Sedlar to do so.
Mr. Ruehs made a motion to accept the agenda as set, Mr. Lazette seconded this motion and all were in favor.
There was no public comment.
Communications - Mr. Madaski attended the meeting in Ida Township for the purposed Ida West Recreational Park. He brought information from the meeting and said that they tabled their decision until the next regular meeting in June 10th.
Scheduled Business
A. Building Permits - The commissioners looked over the list of building permits #PB080008 - #PB080019 presented by Building Inspector Bob Madaski.
B. MCPC recommendations for proposed zoning revisions - Because we haven't heard back from Jeff Purdy of LSL on the wording of the three items recommended by the MCPC we would postpone action until such time.
C. Discuss information on Outside Wood Burning Furnace - After a short discussion it was determined that we need input from Mr. Purdy on this item also. Chairman Bronson said that he would contact Mr. Purdy on both of these items.
With nothing further to discuss Mr. Proctor made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m., Mr. Lazette supported his motion, it was unanimously accepted.
